Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA provision of this Part that empowers a person to require the production of books at a place and time specified by the person is taken:
(a) to require the person to specify a place and time that are reasonable in all the circumstances; and
(b) if it is reasonable in all the circumstances for the person
to require the books to be produced forthwith--to empower the person to
require the books to be produced forthwith.
