Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Attorney - General may issue a written certificate signed by the Attorney - General setting out such facts as the Attorney - General considers relevant with respect to the granting of a special intelligence operation authority.
(2) In any proceeding, a certificate under subsection (1)
is prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
