Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsExcept as otherwise provided by this Act, all debts proved in a bankruptcy rank equally and, if the proceeds of the property of the bankrupt are insufficient to meet them in full, they shall be paid proportionately.
