BANKRUPTCY ACT 1966 - SECT 59A

    Sections   58 and 59 have effect subject to an order under:

  (a)   Part   VIII, VIIIAB or VIIIC of the Family Law Act 1975 ; or

  (b)   Part   5A of the Family Court Act 1997 (WA).
