Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf a biosecurity officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that the level of biosecurity risk associated with a conveyance that is subject to biosecurity control is unacceptable, a biosecurity officer may require biosecurity measures to be taken in relation to the conveyance as set out in this Division.
