Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An accompanying person for a child or incapable person may give consent on behalf of the child or incapable person for the purposes of Part 3 of this Chapter (human biosecurity control orders).
(2) If the accompanying person gives his or her consent, then, for the purposes of that Part, the child or incapable person is taken to have given his or her consent.
(3) If the accompanying person does not give his or her consent,
then, for the purposes of that Part, the child or incapable person is taken to
have refused to give his or her consent.
