Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A chief human biosecurity officer has the functions and powers conferred on a chief human biosecurity officer by this Act.
(2) In performing functions or exercising powers under this Act,
a chief human biosecurity officer must comply with any directions of the
Director of Human Biosecurity.
