Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A human biosecurity officer has the functions and powers conferred on a human biosecurity officer by this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to any restrictions specified in the human biosecurity officer's instrument of authorisation.
(3) In performing functions or exercising powers under this Act,
a human biosecurity officer must comply with any directions of the
Director of Human Biosecurity.
