BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 584

                   A person may make a record of, disclose or otherwise use protected information if:

                     (a)  the person obtains the information for a permissible purpose; and

                     (b)  the person makes a record of, or discloses or otherwise uses, the information; and

                     (c)  the record, disclosure or use is required under an enactment of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory.

Note:           This section constitutes an authorisation for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 and other laws.
