Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 1, this section, sections 3 and 6 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
(3) If those provisions do not commence under subsection
(2) within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent, those provisions commence on the first day after
the end of that period.
