CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 102DE

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is a cargo handler; and

  (b)   the person fails to comply with an obligation or requirement:

  (i)   set out in section   102CC, 102CF, 102CG, 102CH or 102CI; or

  (ii)   set out in this Division; or

  (iii)   set out in a legislative instrument made under section   102DD.

Penalty:   60 penalty units.

Note:   For subparagraph   (b)(i), see section   102D.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
