Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A depot licence charge is payable in respect of the grant of a depot licence by the person or partnership seeking the grant.
(2) A person liable to pay a depot licence charge for the grant of a depot licence must pay the charge within 30 days of the decision to grant that licence.
(3) A depot licence charge in respect of the renewal of a depot licence is payable by the holder of the licence in accordance with section 77T.
(4) Australia Post is not liable to pay a depot licence charge
under this section in respect of each grant or renewal of a depot licence that
covers the whole or a part of an International Mail Centre.
