CRIMES ACT 1914 - SECT 23XWA

Preventing the carrying out of forensic procedure

    A person commits an offence if the person obstructs, hinders or resists a person carrying out a forensic procedure in accordance with this Part.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 2 years.
