Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(a) a magistrate orders the cessation of taking control of the online account to which an emergency authorisation relates; and
(b) as a result of the execution of the authorisation, the holder of the account cannot operate the account;
the law enforcement officer who applied for the authorisation must take all
reasonable steps to ensure the holder of the account is able to operate the
account.
