CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 106

                   For the purpose of the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, under this Act by an ASIC delegate, a reference to ASIC in a provision of this Act relating to the performance of the function, or the exercise of the power, includes a reference to the ASIC delegate.
