CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 1100G

                   For the purposes of this Division:

                     (a)  offering ESS interests for issue includes inviting applications for the issue of the ESS interests; and

                     (b)  offering ESS interests for sale includes inviting offers to purchase the ESS interests.
