Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe regulations may, in relation to offer documents used in this jurisdiction for recognised offers, prescribe either or both of the following:
(a) statements to be included with those documents that relate to the status of an offer as a recognised offer and the laws that regulate the offer;
(b) details to be given in statements to be included with those
documents that relate to the status of an offer as a recognised offer and the
laws that regulate the offer.
