Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 1224M (about extended liability for acts of agents) does not apply to a person who, as agent for the CCIV, enters into possession or assumes control of any property of a sub-fund of the CCIV for the purposes of enforcing any security interest.
(2) Subsection (1) does not affect the application of section 419.
