Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 596A applies in relation to a CCIV as if the following were officers of the CCIV:
(a) a natural person who is an officer of the CCIV;
(b) a natural person who is a director of the corporate director of the CCIV.
(2) Paragraph (1)(a) is included for the avoidance of
doubt.
