Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the registration of a sub - fund of a CCIV is reinstated under section 601AH, ASIC must publish notice in the Gazette and give notice to the corporate director of the CCIV of the following:
(a) the reinstatement of the registration of the sub - fund;
(b) if as a result of reinstating the sub - fund the
registration of the CCIV is also reinstated under section 1239H--the
reinstatement of the registration of the CCIV.
