CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 1240D
Takeovers Panel--declaration of unacceptable circumstances may only be made in relation to a listed CCIV
The Takeovers Panel may only declare under section 657A
circumstances to be unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of a
CCIV if the CCIV is a listed company.
