Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chair of a committee convened under Part 2 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) may request the Chairperson of the Board (the Board Chair ) to give the committee any information or document in the Board's possession or control in relation to a person who:
(a) is, or has at any time been, a registered liquidator under the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations); or
(b) has at any time been registered as a liquidator, or as a liquidator of a specified body corporate, under the old Act.
(2) The Board Chair must comply with the request within 10
business days.
