Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Sections 422C and 422D, as inserted by Schedule 2
to the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016 , apply in relation to a person who
ceases to act as a controller of property of a corporation on or after the
commencement day.
