Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If, immediately after the commencement of this section, there is no legislative instrument in force under subsection 1100K(2), then an approved foreign market, within the meaning of the ASIC Corporations (Definition of Approved Foreign Market) Instrument 2017/669 , is taken to be a foreign market determined by ASIC for the purposes of that section.
(2) This section ceases to apply when ASIC determines a foreign market under subsection 1100K(2).
