The Court, at any time before or after making a winding up
order, on proof of probable cause for believing that a contributory is about
to leave this jurisdiction, or Australia, or otherwise to abscond or to remove
or conceal any of his or her property for the purpose of evading payment of
calls or of avoiding examination respecting affairs of the company, may cause
the contributory to be arrested and held in custody and the books and movable
personal property of the contributory to be seized and safely kept until such
time as the Court orders.
