Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts The National Guarantee Fund that continued to exist under
section 928B of this Act before the repeal of that section by the
Financial Services Reform Act 2001 continues in existence as the National
Guarantee Fund for the purposes of this Part.
