CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 889C

             (1)  The SEGC must keep and administer the NGF.

             (2)  The assets of the NGF are the property of SEGC, but must be kept separate from all other property and must be held on trust by the SEGC for the purposes of this Division.
