Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(a) apart from this section, a person (the providing entity ) would be required to give another person (the client ) a Financial Services Guide (the new FSG ); and
(b) the client has, because of some previous conduct, already been given a Financial Services Guide (the earlier FSG ) containing some, but not all, of the information that the new FSG is required to contain;
the provider may, instead of giving the client the new FSG, give the client a
Supplementary Financial Services Guide that contains the additional
information.
