CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 32AME

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person gives a magistrate a form of warrant under section   32AG; and

  (b)   the document is not the form of warrant that the person executed.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 2 years.
