Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 47 does not apply in relation to conduct engaged in by a party to a registered conference agreement so far as the conduct gives effect to a provision of the agreement in relation to an outwards liner cargo shipping service or an inwards liner cargo shipping service.
(2) The exemption provided by subsection (1) does not
apply in relation to subsections 47(6) and (7).
