COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 151BB

    Before making an exemption order, the Commission must give:

  (a)   the applicant; and

  (b)   any other person whom the Commission considers interested;

a reasonable opportunity to make submissions to the Commission about the order.
