COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 152BEC

Carrier licence condition

    A carrier licence held by a carrier is subject to a condition that the carrier must comply with sections   152BEA, 152BEB, 152BEBA, 152BEBB and 152BEBC.
