Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A responsible digital platform corporation for a designated digital platform service must comply with requirements specified in regulations made for the purposes of subsection (2).
(2) The regulations may specify requirements for the generation and keeping of records relating to the operation of this Part.
(3) Division 5 of Part IVB applies in relation to subsection (1) in the same way in which it applies in relation to an applicable industry code (within the meaning of that Part).
(4) This section does not limit section 155 (which is
about the general information - gathering powers of the Commission).
