CIVIL AVIATION (CARRIERS' LIABILITY) ACT 1959 - SECT 19
Jurisdiction of State courts preserved
For the purposes of section 38 of the Judiciary Act 1903
, an action under the Convention shall be deemed not to be a matter arising
directly under a treaty.
