CIVIL AVIATION (CARRIERS' LIABILITY) ACT 1959 - SECT 5A

    Chapter   2 (except Part   2.5) of the Criminal Code applies to all offences created by this Act.

Note:   Chapter   2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
