Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Proceedings are excluded proceedings to the extent that they are proceedings prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
(2) Regulations made for the purposes of subsection ( 1) may specify proceedings in any way including, but not limited to, by reference to the following:
(a) the nature of the proceedings;
(b) the subject matter of the proceedings;
(c) the Act or regulations, or provision of an Act or regulations, under which the proceedings arise.
