Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts"Register" , in relation to a Division, means the Register of General Postal Voters for the Division.
(2) In this Part (other than in sections 184A to 186) and in Schedule 2, a reference to the Division for which a person is enrolled includes:
(a) in the case of a person who is provisionally enrolled--a reference to the Division for which the person is provisionally enrolled; and
(b) in the case of a person who is not enrolled--a reference to
the Division for which the person would be enrolled if the person were an
elector.
