COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL ACT 1918 - SECT 200F
Form of pre - poll vote certificate for declaration voting
A pre - poll vote certificate for declaration voting shall:
(a) be in the approved form;
(c) be printed on an envelope addressed to the DRO for the
Division for which the elector declares that he or she is enrolled.
