CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 110R
Pending reconsiderations do not affect operation of decisions
The institution of a reconsideration of a decision does not:
(a) affect the operation of the decision; or
(b) prevent the taking of action to implement the decision.
