Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The registered owner of a registered design may assign all or part of the registered owner's interest in the design by writing.
(2) An assignment under subsection (1) must be signed by, or on behalf of, the assignor and the assignee.
(3) An assignment under subsection (1) may be for a particular place.
Note: Section 114 deals with amendments to the Register to
record the assignment of an interest in a design.
