DESIGNS ACT 2003 - SECT 125

  (1)   There is to be a Designs Office.

  (2)   The Registrar may establish one or more sub - offices of the Designs Office as the Registrar considers appropriate.

  (3)   The Registrar may abolish any such sub - offices.
