DEFENCE TRADE CONTROLS ACT 2012 - SECT 13

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is the holder of a permit under section   11; and

  (b)   the person does an act or omits to do an act; and

  (c)   the act or omission breaches a condition of the permit.

Penalty:   60 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subsection   (1) is an offence of strict liability.

Note:   For strict liability, see section   6.1 of the Criminal Code .

  (3)   Section   15.4 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction--category D) applies to an offence against subsection   (1) of this section.
