DEFENCE TRADE CONTROLS ACT 2012 - SECT 49

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   a thing has been secured under subsection   42(5); and

  (b)   the person tampers or interferes with, or destroys, the thing.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 6 months.
