DEFENCE TRADE CONTROLS ACT 2012 - SECT 57A

Simplified outline of this Part

Persons holding permits under Part   2 must keep records of supplies or arrangements the persons make or DSGL services the persons provide under the permits.

Persons holding approvals under section   27 must keep records of activities prescribed by the regulations.

Persons who make certain other supplies of DSGL goods or DSGL technology, or who provide certain DSGL services, must also keep records of those activities.

Records must be retained for 5 years and may need to be produced to the Secretary.
