DEFENCE TRADE CONTROLS ACT 2012 - SECT 65

    Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of:

  (a)   a reviewable decision made by the Minister personally; or

  (b)   a decision made by the Minister under section   64.
