Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts This Division applies to a person (the possessor ) who
has a thing under his or her control in any place (whether for the use or
benefit of the possessor or of another person), even if another person has the
actual possession or custody of the thing, as if the possessor has possession
of the thing.
