Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) No proceedings for the recovery of an amount payable under a judgment to which this Part applies, other than proceedings by way of registration of the judgment, are to be entertained by a court having jurisdiction in Australia .
(2) Nothing in this section affects the enforcement, under the International Arbitration Act 1974 , of an award.
