Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not intentionally hinder or obstruct a permit holder exercising rights in accordance with this Part.
Note: This subsection is a civil remedy provision (see Part 4 - 1).
(2) To avoid doubt, a failure to agree on a place as referred to in paragraph 483(5)(b), 483C(6)(b) or 483E(6)(b) does not constitute hindering or obstructing a permit holder.
(3) Without limiting subsection (1), that subsection
extends to hindering or obstructing that occurs after an entry notice is given
but before a permit holder enters premises.
