FAIR WORK ACT 2009 - SECT 798

  (1)   The regulations may provide for civil penalties for contravention of the regulations.

  (2)   The penalties for contravention must not be more than:

  (a)   20 penalty units for an individual; or

  (b)   100 penalty units for a body corporate.
