Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA constituent member of an amalgamated organisation is not eligible to vote in a ballot under this Division unless the person:
(a) is a financial member of the organisation; or
(b) is in a class of members prescribed for the purposes of this section.
